Refund and Returns Policy

At DIGIDIVINE IT SOLUTIONS, we are committed to providing high-quality refurbished laptops, desktops, servers, and MacBooks. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may be eligible for a return, replacement, or refund under the terms outlined below.


1. Return Eligibility

You may request a return if:

  • The product is damaged, defective, or not working upon delivery.
  • You received the wrong item.
  • The issue is reported within 10 days of delivery.

To be eligible:

  • The product must be in its original condition, unused, and with all packaging, accessories, and invoice.
  • Any item damaged due to misuse or mishandling will not be eligible for return.

2. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact us at digidivineitsolutions@gmail.com or call +91-9555558088 within 10 days of delivery.
  2. Share your Order ID, a description of the issue, and photos/videos (if applicable).
  3. Our team will verify and, if approved, provide return instructions.
  4. You are responsible for securely packaging the product and shipping it back to us.

Note: Return shipping charges must be paid by the customer unless the item is damaged or incorrect.


3. Refund Policy

Refunds are provided as:

  • Store Credit usable for future purchases
  • A full refund (only if the product cannot be replaced or repaired)

Refund Timeline:

  • Refunds or store credit are issued within 5 to 7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

4. Replacements

If your product qualifies:

  • A replacement will be shipped after we receive and verify the returned unit.
  • Reshipping charges must be paid by the customer before dispatch.
  • Replacements are subject to product availability.

5. Warranty Coverage

All refurbished products include a 3-month standard warranty, covering:

  • Hardware malfunctions or internal component failures

The warranty does NOT cover:

  • Any software-related issues
  • Physical damage, water damage, or power surges
  • Battery performance (unless otherwise mentioned)
  • External accessories, cosmetics, or wear-and-tear

6. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns or refunds for:

  • Items reported after the 10-day return window
  • Issues related to software, user modifications, or third-party installations
  • Clearance, final sale, or custom-configured products
  • Products damaged due to mishandling or external causes

7. Damaged or Wrong Items Received

If the item is received damaged or incorrect:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Provide clear unboxing photos/videos
  • We’ll arrange a replacement or issue a refund after inspection
