At DIGIDIVINE IT SOLUTIONS, we are committed to providing high-quality refurbished laptops, desktops, servers, and MacBooks. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may be eligible for a return, replacement, or refund under the terms outlined below.
1. Return Eligibility
You may request a return if:
- The product is damaged, defective, or not working upon delivery.
- You received the wrong item.
- The issue is reported within 10 days of delivery.
To be eligible:
- The product must be in its original condition, unused, and with all packaging, accessories, and invoice.
- Any item damaged due to misuse or mishandling will not be eligible for return.
2. Return Process
To initiate a return:
- Contact us at digidivineitsolutions@gmail.com or call +91-9555558088 within 10 days of delivery.
- Share your Order ID, a description of the issue, and photos/videos (if applicable).
- Our team will verify and, if approved, provide return instructions.
- You are responsible for securely packaging the product and shipping it back to us.
Note: Return shipping charges must be paid by the customer unless the item is damaged or incorrect.
3. Refund Policy
Refunds are provided as:
- Store Credit usable for future purchases
- A full refund (only if the product cannot be replaced or repaired)
Refund Timeline:
- Refunds or store credit are issued within 5 to 7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
4. Replacements
If your product qualifies:
- A replacement will be shipped after we receive and verify the returned unit.
- Reshipping charges must be paid by the customer before dispatch.
- Replacements are subject to product availability.
5. Warranty Coverage
All refurbished products include a 3-month standard warranty, covering:
- Hardware malfunctions or internal component failures
The warranty does NOT cover:
- Any software-related issues
- Physical damage, water damage, or power surges
- Battery performance (unless otherwise mentioned)
- External accessories, cosmetics, or wear-and-tear
6. Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns or refunds for:
- Items reported after the 10-day return window
- Issues related to software, user modifications, or third-party installations
- Clearance, final sale, or custom-configured products
- Products damaged due to mishandling or external causes
7. Damaged or Wrong Items Received
If the item is received damaged or incorrect:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Provide clear unboxing photos/videos
- We’ll arrange a replacement or issue a refund after inspection
