Return and Exchange Policy

1. Rectification and Replacement: For any hardware or software issues with your product, our team will first attempt to rectify the problem. If the issue cannot be resolved, we will proceed with a replacement.

2. Easy Return and Exchange:

   • You may return a product within 10 days of purchase in the original condition it was sent to you. However, returns will only be accepted if our team is satisfied that there is a genuine problem with the product. Once the return is approved and the item is received and verified, we will issue a refund in the form of store credit, which can be used for future purchases in our store.

   • If you choose to exchange the product, the reshipping cost will be paid by the customer.

   • Store credit or refunds will be issued within 5 to 7 business days after the return is approved.

3. Return Shipment Timing: Please note that return shipment timings may vary based on your location. We will coordinate with you to ensure the process is as smooth as possible.

4. Warranty: We offer a 3-month standard warranty on all products, ensuring peace of mind and support for your purchase.
